We're paid by the contractors who hire you, not by you. Your training, your materials, your OSHA card, your starter tools and your screening are all covered by us. There is no tuition, no fee and nothing to pay back.

    We provide your study materials, your foundational training, your OSHA card and the documentation you'll need on site.

    Standard pre-placement screening, arranged and paid for by us.

    Placement

    We introduce you to a contractor who needs someone in your trade. You arrive with foundational knowledge and a starter tool kit rather than starting from zero.

You need to be willing to move

The work is where the projects are, and that isn't always where you live. Candidates need to be open to relocating. Where a move is required, travel and living costs are typically covered by the hiring contractor rather than by you. That's worth knowing before you worry about the expense. Having your own transportation helps, but if you don't, we'll work with you on getting to site.
