Close data center labor gaps without upfront capital

Trained electrical, HVAC and plumbing helpers, deployed to your site, employed by us.

Our four pledges

Each one has a defined trigger and defined limits.

A

The EOR Administrative Shield

Trident is the employer of record. We handle payroll, payroll taxes, workers' compensation coverage and onboarding administration for every helper we deploy, so your team adds field capacity without adding headcount to your books.

What the EOR covers

B

90-Day Replacement Commitment

If a Trident helper leaves our employment or is removed for cause within their first 90 calendar days on your site, we recruit, vet and deploy a replacement at no additional placement cost to you, typically within 10 business days.

Applies once per position. Excludes departures caused by project cancellation, headcount reduction, or direct hire of the helper by your firm.

C

Protect Your Journeyman Hours

Every hour a licensed journeyman spends staging material or prepping layout is an hour not spent on technical installation. Trident helpers arrive with baseline safety orientation and blueprint-reading fundamentals, ready to take on material staging, layout prep and site support under the direction of your journeymen, so your licensed trades stay on the work only they can do.

D

Capped, Transparent Travel Costs

Mobilization travel and per diem are capped at federal GSA per diem rates and the current IRS standard mileage rate. Trident advances these costs and passes them through on your weekly invoice as itemized line items without markup, with receipts available.

What the EOR arrangement covers

To reduce co-employment exposure, out-of-state regulatory friction and administrative burden, every electrical, HVAC and plumbing helper we deploy is legally employed, insured and processed through our Employer of Record (EOR) infrastructure.

  • No HR onboarding costs. Personnel are maintained on our EOR payroll network.
  • Clean commercial invoicing. You pay no multi-state payroll taxes or local withholdings. Your accounting team receives one consolidated weekly invoice based on hours worked.
  • Insurance carried on our side. Our EOR carries statutory Workers' Compensation and general labor liability coverage. If a relocated worker is injured, the claim is handled by our EOR rather than through your internal EMR safety mod-ratings or corporate premiums.

A candidate who already understands the basics

Hiring off the street means absorbing the cost of teaching someone everything. Our candidates arrive having been trained in the fundamentals of their trade, carrying an OSHA card and a starter tool kit, and already screened. That saves your team time, money and supervision in the first weeks, which is exactly where new hires cost the most.

What we handle

  • Recruiting candidates and confirming they're serious before they reach you
  • Foundational training in their chosen trade
  • Study materials, OSHA card and required documentation
  • A starter tool kit, so they arrive equipped
  • Pre-placement screening, at our cost

  1. 1

    Tell us what you need

Trades, how many people, where the job is, and when you need them.

  2. 2

    We match from our pool

  3. 3

    Relocation, if required

Where a candidate is coming from outside your area, travel and per diem are the hiring contractor's responsibility. Trident advances those costs and passes them through on your weekly invoice, capped at GSA and IRS rates. We'll tell you upfront which candidates that applies to.
